Itinerary
Arrive at Bagdogra Airport and transfer to Gangtok (approx. 4–5 hours). En route, enjoy scenic views of the Teesta River valley. Enjoy optional experiences like River rafting en route at additional cost, payable directly. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel. Dinner & Overnight Stay in Gangtok.
After early breakfast, proceed for an excursion to: • Nathula Pass (14,140 ft) – Indo–China Border (subject to permit & weather) • Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft) – Glacial Himalayan lake • Baba Harbhajan Singh Memorial Optional (direct payment basis): • Yak Ride at Tsomgo Lake • Ropeway Ride (subject to operation) Return to Gangtok by evening. You may explore MG Marg (main market area) at leisure on your own. Dinner & Overnight Stay in Gangtok. Important: Carry warm clothing including jacket, cap, gloves and woollens.
After breakfast, proceed for full-day local sightseeing covering: • Flower Exhibition Centre • Do-Drul Chorten Stupa • Namgyal Institute of Tibetology • Directorate of Handicrafts & Handloom • Bakthang Falls • Tashi View Point • Ganesh Tok • Banjhakri Waterfalls • Gangtok Ropeway (subject to operation) Evening at leisure for shopping or café visits. After breakfast, drive to Darjeeling (approx. 4 hours), popularly known as the Queen of Hills. Optional detour to Namchi (at additional cost). Arrive and check in at your hotel. Evening free to explore Mall Road and local markets. Dinner & Overnight Stay in Darjeeling.
Early morning excursion to Tiger Hill to witness the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Kanchenjunga.
