Welcome to Sri Lanka! On arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport, meet your driver/guide and proceed to Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage — home to rescued and rehabilitated elephants. Spend time watching them being fed and bathed in the river. Later, drive to Kandy, the last royal capital of Sri Lanka. Check in at your hotel and relax. Overnight stay in Kandy. Meals: None
After breakfast, enjoy a city tour of Kandy, surrounded by lush hills and a tranquil lake. Visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic, a revered Buddhist site, followed by the Royal Botanical Gardens, known for their vast orchid collection.
